3. Course Access & Licensing

Purchasing a course grants you a non-transferable, single-user license to view and use the materials. Sharing access or using our content to train others without certification or licensing is strictly prohibited.

Certified trainers and licensed facilities will receive separate agreements outlining usage rights and limitations.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final unless stated otherwise.

If you're on a monthly subscription (e.g., certification tiers), you can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given for unused access.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, logos, designs, methods (including the Bootcamp Blueprint), and digital downloads are the intellectual property of Balancing Paws University, LLC. Unauthorized use is a violation of copyright and trademark laws.

6. Trainer Certification & Use of Brand

Earning certification does not grant ownership or unlimited use of the Balancing Paws brand. Certified individuals and facilities must comply with all brand guidelines, renewal requirements, and conduct expectations.

Balancing Paws University reserves the right to revoke certification at any time due to conduct violations, unethical behavior, or misuse of brand and material.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide training and education based on real-world results and industry best practices. However, individual outcomes may vary. We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or business losses resulting from the application of our methods.

We may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use our site or services, you agree to be bound by the most current version.
